This Shipping Policy explains how Zandara's Closet handles the preparation, shipment and delivery of orders placed on our website.

  1. Order processing

Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, launches, promotions or exceptional circumstances, order processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant shipping information, where available.

  1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the countries available at checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently be able to ship to your location.

  1. Local pick-up in Paris

We may offer local pick-up in Paris at Charles de Gaulle–Étoile metro station.

This option is available by appointment only and must be selected at checkout where available.

After your order is confirmed, we will contact you by email to agree on a meeting day and time.

Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your item.

If the customer does not attend the agreed meeting time, a new appointment may be proposed. If no suitable appointment can be arranged, standard shipping may be offered and additional shipping costs may apply.

Local pick-up does not affect your legal right of withdrawal or return rights where applicable.

  1. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery country, delivery method, order value, parcel weight and carrier.

  1. Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the delivery timeframe shown at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions or events outside our control.

If no specific delivery timeframe is displayed at checkout, the order will be delivered no later than 30 days after the order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Zandara's Closet is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

  1. Delivery address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete, accurate and up to date before confirming your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

If the parcel cannot be reshipped, the order may be refunded, excluding shipping costs where permitted by applicable law.

  1. Order tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided by email after shipment.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

  1. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and any relevant information so that we can review the situation with the carrier.

If an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receipt and provide photos of the item and packaging where possible.

  1. Customs, duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout.

Zandara's Closet is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

  1. Unique and limited-quantity items

Many items sold by Zandara's Closet are unique pieces or available in very limited quantities.

If an item becomes unavailable due to a stock error or exceptional issue, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a refund or an alternative solution where possible.
