Return and Refund Policy

At Zandara's Closet, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions set out below.

  1. Return period

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your item, without giving any reason.

  1. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please include your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for the return.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you the return instructions and the address where the item must be sent. Please do not send any item back before receiving our return instructions.

  1. Return shipping costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to an error on our part, or if the item is defective or damaged, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  1. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We will review the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  1. Exceptions and non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, worn, used, or where tags have been removed.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged.

  1. Sale items

Sale items may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the European Union 14-day cooling-off period where applicable.

  1. Exchanges

Because many of our pieces are unique or available in very limited quantities, we cannot guarantee exchanges.

The fastest way to obtain another item is to return the original item, and once the return has been accepted, place a new order for the desired item if it is still available.

  1. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
