Zandara's Closet sells clothing and fashion accessories, including selected, rare or limited-quantity pieces.
The main characteristics of each product are presented on the product page, including, where applicable, description, photographs, size, color, material, condition, measurements and availability.
Product photographs are intended to be as accurate as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting and device display.
Some products may be unique or available in very limited quantities. Availability is therefore subject to confirmation at the time of order processing.

Prices
Prices are displayed in euros.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable taxes, where applicable.
Shipping costs are displayed before the customer confirms the order.
Zandara's Closet reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to the order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of any obvious error.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs procedures, public holidays or events outside our control.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Right of withdrawal
For orders shipped to consumers in the European Union, the customer has a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day after receiving the item, without giving any reason.

Returns and refunds
In addition to the legal 14-day withdrawal period, Zandara's Closet offers a 30-day return policy under the conditions described in the Return and Refund Policy.

Items returned without prior return request and instructions may not be accepted.
Once the return has been received and inspected, Zandara's Closet will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 10 business days.
